Actually it is possible. Since several Courts in different Cases already stated that the termination of an account can't be done without prove. And since Blizzard never releases any proof, they may really lost the court case. But it may be different, cause other courts already confirmed that Bot-Using may be not allowed and those Accounts may get terminated. it is actually a fifty:fifty chance, but i'm not a lawyer. And all this only apply if you're end-consumer, as descripted in the german law.

You know you can ask for the proof by letter and they will send it to you upon request.

Webhond, nope they don't. I already executed this once with my Lawyer, and all i got was my accounts unbanned. They give a Shit about german Law and tried to evade everything that collides with the consumer law in germany.

Currently my lawyer and i are in contact with them again (caught in the May Banwave with permbans) and looks like the same shit will happen again. Even my lawyer requested the information.

dont understand why your law is different then. When i asked a GM about it he clearly told me the
adress to write to and they would provide me with the details of my ban.

Never did it, but that was not the point.

hmm, interesting questions sounds a bit too helpful though. their is alot of thigns that be done to avoid bans. mainly it starts with not being greedy if you have that under control you shouldn't get banned very often at all. just when an eventual report comes in. i bot 2 servers per acc 12 hours one each they switch every 4 hours. switching between garrison every 2 hours and daily's quests and farm spot's (3 diff spots) (done 3 times a day 3 hours each spot) never in the same spot for over an hour. I use a guild that is active for my money doing transfers threw items and mounts usually... ez no trouble here. somedays i leave them off to rest too. weird im not banned????

Bans will happen no matter the country in which you use the WoWclient.

Botster, seeing you just ctrl c+v your last threads post into this post, i wonder what kind of sense you try to make with your statements for being registered here for not even a week besides spamming, anyway back to topic what Filewalker said is true he showed me some time ago, in germany with a little effort you can get your accounts unbanned with help of a lawyer or personal experience in this topic. This does not make you immune to bans though, im pretty sure if they see you getting your accounts unbanned via law-system very often they will find a way to deal with it in no time.
