botting allowed servers, blizzard automation, ...

It is strange, that nobody uses the "addiction" of all "us" botters here to make a "win/win" situation for blizzard, bossland and "us". The things mentioned in the topic are just two ideas how to make anybody "happy"...
Or is it the thrill of doing something "not allowed"? Or the thrill to ***** other Players which do the monkey tasks by hand?
 
i don't see what would be wrong with it. The raids would be good, pvp would be about who buys the best rotation, gold would have no value so you have to buy subscriptions. both bossland and blizz would win.

If Blizzard made a bot like HB and allowed it on specific servers and automatically disables it in Raids and PVP, I would buy it straight away. I just like to quest and do the odd old school dungeon, but my hand problem doesnt let me :(
 
I stated a problem, the majority of botters do it for £ there's no point botting to play

Do you actually think Blizzard wants bots playing their game? Why on earth are you even playing this game if all you do is bot? Just watch videos of people doing shit if you have no interest in actually playing the game.
 
i agree a big part of the botters to it for money , so those still would bot on normal servers

and i think even those who do it only on their main to enjoy the game more, do it because they get an advantage compared to players who do it all by hand , so if everyone bots , its no fun
 
I honestly thought like this when I was 13, I'm now 21 and can obviously tell that it was a retarded idea and when you grow up you will probably figure it out too.

It absolutely is a win/win situation for Blizzard, we're in Q4 of 2015 right now and the entire game is on sale for $15. 6-18 months from now suddenly all of these people own two active accounts and are paying for server transfers.
 
Lets just give everyone mythic gear and auto complete achievements !

I myself like having certain advantages over regular players :) It wouldn't be fun knowing everyone you are playing with or against is botting as well.
 
Blizzard already do allowed botting in one form though... multiboxing, sure it is not fully automated but it is still botting regardless, yet they allow that because of how much cash they get from it.
 
i agree with prevous botters, that your idea is shit and should hold no value on decisions affect wow or anything major in your pesonal life as well
 
The same reason there isn't a Steroids only Olympics. The ROI is to small to care about. Remember the XFL or the NWFA? Seemed like great ideas but in reality...not so much.
