Botting after weekly maintenance

Is it safe? I would like to set up my bot right now, before I go to work, but I'm not certain whether it's safe or not.

I don't see why not. I believe its the same risk as botting any other day of the week. I have a timer set so I know when my bots go off because of the maintenance, and when they go back on, (which is as soon as they possibly can). I'm sure Blizzard has tested the updates before they release them to us, so they don't have to have GMs going around checking stuff out rite afterwards. My opinion is you should be fine, as I have done it numerous times and still have 0 bans on any account.
