Botting after Patch?

I have used WoW glider alot in the past, I never botted after wow got updated for like a week to make sure an updated warden couldnt detect wowglider.

Now i started up wow via the launcher and the launcher needed to update. What should i do? Do more people use this kind of protection? Is it useless to do this? Should i only watch for wow updates and not the launchers updates?

Honorbuddy will not work unless the development team has tested and approved it for a new patch, you never have to take any cautionary measures yourself regarding patches.
