botted accounts and legit accounts on same phone?

Do you all log onto accounts you bot and accounts you don't bot on the same phone? Has Niantic ever banned legit accounts for being opened from the same phone as botted ones?

Heyho,
yes i log in into all of my accounts on the same phone.
Until now i never got any ban through that, on any of my legit or botted accounts.
No problems so far
