Bots works but everything is so slow?

Has anyone else noticed the bot works but is quite slow?

Being on a pokestop can take 2 minutes to get the rewards and catching a pokemon can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes?

Has anyone else noticed this? Any tips/suggestions?

I'm not having this problem at all mine are pretty swift usually 20 seconds inbetween each action, are you sure its not just you have either slow internet or high ping? do a speed test at speedtest.net and tell us the ms, download, upload.
