Bots saying not logged on ton or needs updating

trying to log on bot and getting
We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy.
iv made sure using up to date bot

and im logged in on toons and using latest bot so any help guys please and thank you
