Made this pretty fast a few weeks ago.

Gathers:
1). Grade 4 Carbonized Matter
2). Black Truffle
3). Pineapple Seeds
4). Trillium Bulb
5). Thavnairian Mistletoe
(might of missed some stuff out idk made this ages ago)

(Couldn't get 'Scarlet Sap' to work due to navigation issues with RebornBuddy and I can't be bothered to get Mastahg to fix, I'll leave that down to you guys to get him to get it working).

Doesn't gather bamboo stick (Because bamboo stick is 1 item per hit, that means the dialogue stays up and keeps you in that state for 3 hours... there is no tag from my knowledge to exit menus)

Here are locations for bamboo and scarlet sap (Navigation doesnt work for scarlet sap).

Any improvements would be awesome, please post back with any improvements and feedback!

UPDATE:
Added extra hotspot for Pineapple Seeds


TO DO: Use a few hotspots to generate a valid navigation route for Scarlet Sap
