Bot works if I drive

I created a new toon and ran RB during starting cut-scene. It properly reads the quest but returns "no viable path" on everything. If I run the toon to the NPC and get close it works and completes quests and gets next but immediately fails with needing to move to next location with same error. I've uploaded the full log.

When you see this in the status bar of the bot (at the very bottom), see if you can manually move to Ul'dah - Steps of Thal and if that fixes it:

Same issue...I walked to steps of thal started bot.

Edit: I followed the quests by hand to central thal once outside i clicked start bot it started pathing to next loc. It performed the quest perfectly, killing the shrews and such..it ran back and entered steps of nald and stopped. I just added a snippet since its the exact same issue as the full logs and it only seems to happen in the city?
