Bot wont use mount on suramar profiles!! help!!!!

So im trying to gold farm, using insanity 2.0 small suramar profile and the guy just runs around he wont use his mount i double checked the use ground mount button, i dont know whats going on but its really slowing me down please help!!!!!!
