Bot wont loot 9/10 times

hi i am farming frostweave cloth in icecrown, and i see that i got 200 kils and 20 loots. i have aot loot on, but that doesn't help cause my bot won't even try to loot. i tried using another profile, but nothing helps. Now i do not know what to do. i turned off all plugins. nothing helps. can you please help me.

Actually, you have a ton of addons enabled.
Also, you have loot mobs unchecked.

enable looting in Hb settings and enable autoloot in wow settings as well
