bot won't load

Is there a set up guide for this besides just opening it because I'm trying to run as administrator and the bot gives me a windows crash error and won't load.
Do I need to load the game before using the bot?

Just a user, but install in a fresh folder in C:/ (rather than a sub folder like My Documents) and make sure you have latest version of Microsoft .NET, some links to that here -

If that doesn't work, the support guys would need more details about your error I suspect to help diagnose the problem.

PS. You need to login with character too, not just load the game.
