BOT won't even start-up

I have the visual error...Visual Studio 2015
I tries uninstalling .NET and Visual x64 & x84 i think 50 times with rebooting of my computer
the wizard buddy confirms that all 3 are correctly installed on the computer
still i'm getting the visual error that i need to install them.. it's driving me crazy...
P.S i have looked on the forum for solutions but not a single thread could help me out!

The wizard is not perfect, I would try removing all .net and vc++ redistributables and then manually installing these
