Bot with 2 wows

I have multiple accounts, I'm curious how I would have honorbuddy run the other WoW instance when it launches instead of the one I already have open?

Also, when they ban..do they ban the battle.net account or just the wow account within the battle.net account?

When you start the 2nd session of Honorbuddy, it will ask you which WoW to attach to (it will list the character's name you are logged in to, to make it easy......so easy a caveman could do it =P).

They do not ban the battlenet since you can have Starcraft/etc games on it.
They will ban accts on a solo basis.
If they see 4 accts from one bnet logged in at the same time they may investigate further and you could possibly get all of them at once...

That's what I figured. I guess it will be better off for me to buy multiple bnets.

I have two battle net accounts. One, my main account and my AH account. The other one, three bot accounts. Both on my name, payed with the same credit card.
Most nights I have all 5 open. During the day just the three bot accounts.
Other than a 48h suspension on one (they named a specific toon so I'm guessing I got reported), not one problem.

I really really don't think they investigate anything unless there's reports from players, and even if they did, they'd have banned my other two accounts when they suspended the one.
I wouldn't be too worried about it.

They don't always look into other accounts.
Mostly they don't.
I'm just saying as a precaution it's a Better idea.

Back in mid 2010 I had 3 accts running near 18 hrs a day on the same bnet, and then I sort of lost interest.
Nowadays it's much more dangerous to bot because the general population of WoW is more aware of us.
You could get away with 2, my son was playing, I made the acct for him.
With 5 that's pushing it.

It just depends on how/when they look at your acct, and if the person doing the investigating wants to look any further into it.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL I just lost two of the accounts at the same second. One was in Uldum, the other in TH. The third one (not banned yet) was leveling a lowbie.
Totally brought it up upon myself by opening my mouth. I should have been laying even lower after just getting suspended.

Definitely learned my lesson. Just in case, if I do end up making new accounts I'll just go with different bnet/random names and not even same guilds...

I have yet to see the email from them, but I think that even IF I get them back (doubtful after coming from a suspension days ago) I might be way too hot to keep botting on them.

Ok, this might be easier than I thought. The email says abuse of economy, gold selling. I get that every time I level a character and send gold from my main account (first batch was through mail, this time guild deposit... guess I'll have to try AHing overpriced items next time) to get epic flying, and I happen to have leveled two toons to 80 over the last few days, one on each of those (one through RaF level granting).

Should be easy to get back.

This should be very easy to get back, as they are both i the same name and paid for on same cc etc, mention that and they should be back almost immediately...

I got a suspension for something simular, but the botting account is in a different name to my main, but I emailed them saying its my stepsons account look at the card payment for the both accounts I pay for both and boom the suspension was upturned in 30 mins.

Unfortunately one of the accounts had been suspended for botting last week, so they're keeping that one banned.

Which is retarded, because they didn't ban me for botting, but for sending gold between accounts. For all they know, I took my warning and was being a good boy, and they are punishing me for their mistake.

In any case, I spoke to several GMs and they aren't gonna discuss that account anymore, so it's lost.
I'm torn between botting the fuck out of the remaining 2 accounts on that bnet account, and then making a new one, or just laying low for now... I wonder how much heat this brought to me.

The heat starts to rise again when you get reported again =)
