make sure your machine isnt set to go to sleep, or hibernate. in wow reset your keybindings. and make sure your graphics card driver is updated.

somehow your ether AFKING out (hence resetting the keybindings), or your wow is just freezing, and not allowing communication with the bot. so try those things, restart, and see if it keeps happening.
