Bot will not authenticate please help

Hi, I've purchased the 3 day trial session and when I put my key it says "There was an error authentication your key with the server. Please try again or use a different key." :confused:

Please help thanks
 
Please login to BudydAuth first, and check to make sure the key you are using is listed there and you're copying it exactly.

If you're still having issues, I'll have to refer you to Support as no one here on the forums can do Key / Auth stuff.

Hi, I've checked at buddyauth, and copy pasted the key exactly the problem persists. Unable to authenticate.

Also, can you check your "Logs" folder to see if any files are created?

Log says

"2014-12-20 22:19:26,235 [1] INFO Logger (null) - ExilebuddyBETA [0.1.2940.973] is up to date!"
 
Basically, your key is being sent to the server, but it's not sending the data it should in response. It might be an issue with the key itself, or possibly a local issue with a firewall or something else (hard to say). Support is a little busy at the moment, but as soon as someone can check it out, they will.
 
i have had the ewxact same issue and the support people have reffered me here to the forum.... i have no idea what to do at this point. I have 3 keys that were told to be valid, but none of them work for me and i am recieving the same exact error... now support is telling me to come here for assistance, but u said this isnt the right place.... i just want to bot...

Tony replied to your post already. Only he (or another Support moderator) can help you in this matter right now. Someone from Support will have to TeamViewer your machine to try and help you figure out why you're having issues.

Got an email from the moderator, he says to use this forum for technical support.
 
Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until someone can sort out this issue. There's been more reports of 3 day keys not working, but it's not something anyone here on the forums can check out. We're sorry for the inconvenience and for keeping you guys waiting.

Please PM your 3-day key and the e-mail you used to purchase it, and I'll ask our guy to directly check it.
