i have had the ewxact same issue and the support people have reffered me here to the forum.... i have no idea what to do at this point. I have 3 keys that were told to be valid, but none of them work for me and i am recieving the same exact error... now support is telling me to come here for assistance, but u said this isnt the right place.... i just want to bot...
Tony replied to your post already. Only he (or another Support moderator) can help you in this matter right now. Someone from Support will have to TeamViewer your machine to try and help you figure out why you're having issues.
