bot vs hack ban?

I've noticed some people are being banned for Botting and others for Hacks?

Is there a chance they would overturn a hack vs botting? I was banned for hacking according to my email.

hacking = speed hack and so on and thats like 100% ban wen you use it..

for botting i have used my bot 24/7 questing. and not bin banned ever..
i have gotten a 72 hour supspension cuz pvp botting.

botting on questes allmost 99% sure that you cant get banned.
then only way blizzard can see if uyour botting is cuz ppl report your ass
