Bot unusable due to no data found, refund wanted

Title. I bought this bot and have spend 3 hours troubleshooting to no success. I have read the official server issues thread. I have also read several threads from people having the same problem who were asked to post a log with no solution afterward. Please don't ask me to post a log. I just want a refund or another key to use when this bot is working again. Thanks!

Dude it is a small problem that they will fix just give it a little time and stop bitching about a refund instantly.
 
I paid for this service with a daily subscription. If I am unable to use the product I paid for, I should receive a refund.

That's funny, if it will be fixed today, why is Hawker saying in the same thread that it won't be fixed for another 4 days?

Thanks for correcting me. I wasn't even realizing what I was typing.
Hawker's word always trumps mine.

Ideally, it should be fixed before then

I really hope this is fixed ASAP..
This bot is basically useless as of now, reacts 10x slower..

You guys have had this bot running for as long as I can remember, non stop, 24/7/365..
What I'm more surprised about is that you guys didn't expand your staff vastly when you saw the huge up rise of member's using it again when MoP was being released :p
