bot trying pick up first quest in questline while already halfway through

Started derpin? with DK?s to get racial mounts. Yesterday i leveled Human and dwarf with no problem, today i started with gnone and it did well to some point. I had to leave and restart pc later. But then bot heads back to start and keep trying pick up first quest like retard meanwhile they are already done..

Even tried reinstalling HB with no avail.

well.. duh.. yes..
anyway no matter, i just remade the character and started over...

but this issue is happening sometime in different times on another chars/quests
