Bot that uses "Fire Watcher's Oath" in bgs

Looking for a plugin that will use the "Fire Watcher's Oath" in battle grounds. I don't know how to write the code but I imagine it would be pretty simple as things go. With the changes to the item over the last couple days it now has a 10 minute cool down, down from 1 hour. This will be helpful to those looking for the various achievements, mount, titles, and pets that come from collecting bloody coins.
