Bot swaping lower ilvl gear

Since last patch some characters change change gear and drop my ilvl.They sell the 430-450 gear and wear grey items or 170ish ilvl from gundrak or hol i farm.i got 2 druids and 3 rogues .Rogues are full gear but druids drop 100 ilvl cause they change gear with grey items.Any help on this?
