Bot stuck at one Pokestop - pausing for >1h

for ~45 minutes the bot was working without any problems, after that it got stuck at one pokestop and just kept pausing for 15 minutes, looting the stop its standing at and pausing 15 minutes again
i restarted the bot at the same position and now its moving again
