Really? Check the eu.battle.net forums first and always try to manually log into the game. There is a problem on the EU servers right now.

I got "not responding" when trying to log into WoW with HB launcher.
Did this.
battlenet client > wow> options > game settings > launch 32bit client > start wow from the launcher.
Start honorbuddy without the launcher.
not a honorbuddy problem, its a blizzard problem.
