Bot stops after "We have no food/drink. Waiting to recover our health/mana back"

Hi, the bot somehow stops after getting this message:
[Singular] We have no food/drink. Waiting to recover our health/mana back
I get this many times a day. I have to walk manually or use mount to get the bot started normally. but After some time, the same problem appears.
Happens on all of my chars. I'm using normal HB without any plugins (except the ones you have when you extract the zip from here), just using GB2.

Edit: With stopping I mean the Bot is still on, but the character won't move.

Well no, but after having 100% Life and Mana he won't start moving, sorry I forgot this information.
He uses these Life and Mana things which can be found while mining or herbing, don't know the English name of them.
