[22:06:47.320 Q] Bot stopping! Reason: Auth Session is invalid
Auth session invalid usually stems from network connection issues between you and the buddyauth servers. make sure your not running any applications or anything that could be bogging down your connection or causing issues.
I´m not sure that a standard answer will eliminate the problem I and some other users are having with Auth Session Invalid failures
Sorry but this is not a nice way to answer a problem that starts at the moment a new patch was released and you have updated your program... I´m also with you that it is hard to figure out why this problem occurs but there must be a minor thing that has changed which is responsible for the disconnects
If there are any applications bogging my network connection not only honorbuddy would dc also WoW would close down.... for sure I also have DC´s from WoW side but at this moment Honorbuddy is still running and working - so please take a look at the logs I and many others are posting and investigate why this is happening
you devs are also playing this game - its hard for me to believe that no one of you have got also the problem
Like i mentioned in my 2nd Post i have tried a lot of things...
now I took a look at your link and heres what i can tell you...
First, be certain you are on the latest version of the Buddy product.
Buddy product authentication changes from time to time. If your product installation is very old, it may be using an outdated authentication mechanism. This article will help you get an up-to-date Buddy product installed correctly:
"Clean installing" Honorbuddy
--> yesterday i installed from scratch before I got this error.
Be certain that Honorbuddy.exe is an exception to your AntiVirus
You can find more details about dealing with AntiVirus issues in this article:
BosslandGmbH:AntiVirus Interference
--> If not i would not be able to start honorbuddy
Your Windoze hosts file may have been damaged.
You can find the instructions for restoring it back to pristine condition here
--> looks like this:
# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost
Your Windoze DNS Cache may have been poisoned/corrupted.
This resource will help you flush the DNS cache:
--> My Computer is started each day. no other Computers, Notebooks, Mobile in the same network
If you have a hardware router (or are using wireless access point)...
there may be configuration you need to do on the router. This configuration is router-specific will be similar to 'Firewall' configurations in the same Network - Internet Connection is used just for WOW...
--> I wouldnt be able to use honorbuddy if my ISP has blocked some of the ports on the router.
The last possibility is you are using a "Loopback" adapter on your system...
