Bot stopiing

Also, on the quest "Shadow of the vaal" the bot isnt completeing it. It keeps going to the dark altar and saying it needs a key

It's possible you quest states got corrupted, or the bot was interrupted while trying to take the reward and doesn't have it, and the bot thinks you're able to do something that it really cannot. It's a rare thing that can happen in this game, but there's no known issues with that quest, as I just ran it the other day on a character when testing stuff.

Best resolution is to just go back to get the amulet that was missed, then start the bot with it in your inventory so it goes to kill Vaal.
