bot starting problem

i have tried all the ways available in this forum none help me ne 1 else can give me another solution.
d3 is in window mode still getting this error.
i have check task manager also there is no old db session to end task.
please help me

are you sure both diablo 3 and demonbuddy are completely updated? and you are completely logged into diablo 3 before starting demonbuddy?

yes i sure both r completely updated and d3 in in window mode

are you running any kind of anti-virus or sandbox program running that might be stopping demonbuddy from communicating with diablo 3?

yes i using e-scan antivirus but i disable it and tried still same error and not using sandboxie

make sure you are running both Db and D3 (exe) as admin
