Bot spends most of its time just sitting there

I've tried a few different scripts, and I find this bot spends a lot of time just hanging there, not doing a damn thing. I installed the plugin for that, but it doesn't seem to work very well either. Is this normal and to be expected, or am I doing something wrong here?

The window will tell me:

And then number of games completed, and keeps going up in number, saying its completed hundreds of times, when it hasn't done a thing.

That's unfortunate, as I bought the one-day trial in order to see what your bot has to offer, and haven't been able to test a thing. Being unable to even see your bot in action, I'll likely end up looking elsewhere. Not going to buy into something after paying for a trial I can't even use.

I emailed 12 hours ago, and now my key is expired and I've gotten no response. This definitely makes me think this just isn't the bot for me with these problems and this lack of support.
