Bot skips elite

DH Danettas set, Riftbot common, white mobs range 0, bot sometimes skips elite (~20% chance)
in the majority skipes elite:
- low hp elite
- see next elite like 100+ range and dont kill previous.
- bot just runs past though elite
- bot just runs past though elite when see next level
