Bot simply stops gathering and start hanging stopped

I'm running HB on 2 bots and they are working like this the entire day:

work for like an hour, then suddenly they stop for no reason. When I come back to check how things are going, I find my bots stopped on random spots doing nothing.

Am I the only one having this problem?
