Bot Settings

I am new to the form and HB, but not botting. I have been playing with HB and the profiles on here and see that there is a lot of great things. I have seen that a lot of the profiles have their own settings put in to the when they are made which is fine, but I am currently leveling a toon from 1 to 90 with a profile that i downloaded and the settings are premade. By this I mean that every time it uses the logic to switch profiles no matter what your settings currently are they move back to default of the profile. The cava profiles are written very well, but the fact that they dont loot is annoying. I change the settings to loot, but everytime it changes places it moves back to no loot. Is would be a great plugin to have one for master over writing to a set settings no matter the profile you are running. I will start back into programing so see if i cant come up with one to pass out to everyone.

You've got two things wrapped up in your issue.

The first... profiles change settings.

The second... Cava's profiles.
I've yet to try them, miself, but will get there eventually. From my understanding, Cava has two sets of profiles--the 'normal' ones don't loot. The ones tagged as [WL] are "with looting". You would need to read his thread to verify this.

Fortunately, if you don't agree with the design choices of one profile writer, there are others. There are many generous people in the Community that have shared their hard work--profiles, plugins, bots, etc. Just look around, and you may find something aligned closer to your desire. Right off the bat, Kick provides a complete set of questing profiles also. But, I'd give a look at Cava's [WL] profiles first, since you've already started down that path.
