It looks like something has at least partially stepped on your <HB_install_dir>/Settings directory.

Try moving it to the side (or deleting it), and see if that will repair the damage. If that doesn't repair it, please attach a full log, so we can see what's really going on.

not really... i deleted my settings folder so everything got fixed except one... my other topic... the character that does,nt defend itself...
im getting mad...
