Bot seems to be obsessed with killing mobs / wont quest.

Hello, everyone. My bot was questing along just fine in aszuna and came across a world event, it completed the world event, but now its obsessively still killing the mobs in that area. ive tried relocating the bot, putting it near its next objective, rebooting my computer, everything i can.. The bot just wants to slaughter these spiders for hours. i need to get this figured out, please help.

also note, the tracker overlay says "Goals: None" no idea why, there's quests in the log and quests all around it.
