Bot safe if only used for combat rotations?

Hi guys I was recently suspended during the recent ban wave for botting I was using BGBuddy leveling and all sorts so I knew it was coming eventually, my question is if I have made a new account is it "safe ish" to only use combat rotation bots or is it a complete no no?

I suspect that the recent ban wave was due to people reporting the bots but I'm thinking that if you usea simple combat rotation that doesn't do any matrix next level super human shit, that I should be fine?
