bot problems. wont loot pokestops only xp.

bot only lots pokestops for xp doesnt get items. i have no pokeballs so i dont know if i can catch pokemon. log says the pokemon i encountered expired. but did show up on map. Need help please!!! -Bowtie

i dont believe it to be a soft ban. ive been running it now for an hour and nothing also. just 50xp from pokestops. -Bowtie
