Do you have any anti-virus running? If so, add an exception for Wildbuddy and Wildstar to your AV. Some will stop the bot from "talking" to the game properly.

Do you have any "screen-capture" programs running? (Fraps, Shadowplay, etc) These are known to cause issues, and it's difficult to support the 400 different builds of each.
