I occasionally watch and have caught the bot, multiple times, killing the last boss/opening the last chest of a bounty, and before the items can actually drop it will press M for map and start teleporting to the next destination, leaving a pile of loot on the ground untouched.
If I click M to close the map and then a random spot on the ground to cancel the teleport, the bot will pick up the loot, so it is not a question of telling the bot what it should be picking up...
Also, this may or may not be related, but I have told it to pick up keys, and have watched it walk away leaving keys on the ground.
I am running DB Beta version doing act 4 bounties.
