yes! but not as you want:/
you need to use boothcamp or and virtual machine

boothcamp
pro: don't need to have a much of ram and CPU power
cons: need to run windows on your PC as main OS

virtualmachine
pro: still can do everything on your mac
cons: need to have more then 8g of ram and it will cost a ton of cpu power
