Make a whole screenshot from your desktop after you start the bot and nothing happens.
The game needs to be in windowed mode. And no, windowed (fullscreen) will not work.
It's all in the manual, read it next time.
Open your Task Manager and look for HotS, tell me the name of the process.

FAQ:
Q: Why does the bot crash, when I press start?
A: Press Alt+Strg+Entf / Ctrl+Alt+Del -> Tasks -> check the Heroes of the Storm process have _x64 at the end. if not it’s 32-bit. Go to Battle.net client-> settings -> game settings -> uncheck start 32-bit-client to ensure the game is starting in 64bit mode.
Here we go, there is the problem.
