Bot not working when I hit 'START BOT' - NOT RESPONDING

I input everything under settings, put in my coordinates, and click on 'start bot' and then it moves to 'not responding' and I have to use my task manager to close it out. I've tried restarting my system twice and reinstalling the product twice...same results of 'not responding'.

I just came over from MyGoBot after not getting my auth key in the email...I'll be very happy once this is working for me.
