bot not working properly

hi i've just returned to SWtoR after a long break and have been using HB on WoW for a couple of year. i have bought the 3 day trial for this bot but when i run it games lags like hell and bot doesn't work properly...on my Merc it just spams Recharge and Reload when using the default combat routine and kicks combat bot in profile..was hoping there would be choices like in HB for combat/tyreal/lazyraider etc rather than going through kicks profiles..i haven't activated SWtoR account to full yet..still playing FTP.If i'm doing it wrong please advise as i want to start playing this again and drop WoW

Read Walter's startup guide. He has good information in there in regards to your lag issue as well as some combat routines (other than the default one, which sucks) to use.

I'd recommend you delete DefaultCombat from the routines folder and use Joes Instead. If you're using kicks questing profiles, you will have to babysit them; they are mostly outdated. You could do class quests and heroics manually, then use a grinding profile once you start becoming too low of a level to do them. Once you reach level 50-55, there are a number of profiles you can use for dailies.
