Bot not working at all when starting any Honorbuddy Mega Profile Pack - Lvl 1 to 110

Please HELP! It usually just says Moving to hunting ground waypoint 'hunting ground center'. That didn't work, I already deleted all the caches and did a fresh install. I'm trying to run Highmaul[Echo].xml at the moment right now. It's been saying waiting for NPC cursor for an hour. I ran around did a lot of quests, especially the ones around the area but it still just run to the same spot with nobody there trying to get the quest.
