Bot not vendoring

Im having a problem having the bot go get Food/Drink. Every time i check im out of Refreshment and see this [Singular] We have no food/drink. Waiting to recover our health/mana back
And hes just standing there waiting it out.

Slide Bars In UI are being used at 150/150
Apocs Refreshment Detection Is ON

Plugins Being Used:
Antidrown
Shutup
Auto Equip
Mr Item Remover
Refreshment Center

as far as deepholm - it's not vendor / food&drink&repair friendly

I recommend that if you class sucks and needs food/drinks regularly - then you should hearth to org/sw and buy food/drink, use the portal back to deepholm, go back to questing area and press start

Cata has various issues w/ food/drink not being able to be gotten w/o a huge hassle by the user.

I take it vendors are the same. Cause thing ran flawlessly until i got to deepholm.
Ive been running into another problem where hes attacking Elites near the Stone drakes randomly on its way to Repair. In doing so becoming red on all gear. I see that the bot is trying to run to nearest repair but continues to pull new target as it goes. Is there a way to overide combat when in need of repair and food? Or is this another deepholm problem?
