Bot not running greater rifts?

Hello.

My bot is running normal rifts and bounties just fine but will not run greater rifts or trials? even when i change the setting to prioritize grifts/trials it tries to do normal rifts.
and with other profiles it just stops instead of running the grift.

any suggestions? need help ty!
