Bot not repairing

My bot is set up to only loot gold and legendary+ items. The bot never returns to town and repairs, regardless of the value I set for "Repair Durability."

As a preemptive response to "try again without plugins," the plugins are not the issue. It fails to repair with or without plugins.

Yes, the bot will repair when it goes to sell items. Making it loot all magic+ items atm as a workaround.
This is still an issue though and needs to be addressed.

But OP says that his profile is set to pick up legendaries as well, so how does this make sense?
