Bot not repairing and using salvage rules

Hi I posted this under Carguy's Sarkoth inferno profile, but no one seems to be helping.

Is this a profile issue or a bot issue?

My guy just wont repair, and once his gear is broken he just sits in town and doesnt do anything, in order for me to kick start it again, I need to close the bot down and restart it all

I cant leave it fully afk yet, just this one problem

This is my log for the last few minutes when my DH gets broken gear and just sits in town forever

cant attach the whole log its to big

Can anyone make this guy repair?

Im new to this sort of thing, and also I have rules to salavge items, but thats not working either

Just also letting you know, that his gear doesnt have to be broken, He just got stuck in town again while gear was yellow
