Bot not properly defending itself and dying

Just watched it carry on as if it didn't have a mob attacking it, looting corpses, etc. and ended up dying because he wasn't defending himself. Using the world quest profile (https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/honorbuddy-profiles/269163-progress-world-quests.html). Log attached. Thank you.

Happens to me sometimes it gets stuck on looting or a node and then a mob rapes
