Bot not mounting

I read the FAQ for this problem and tried to find threads about it but i couldn't really dig up anything so sorry if this is a repost.
I'm using Kick's profiles and my bot won't mount it runs place to place. I have use mount enabled and its on random mount so the spelling of the mount name doesn't matter
it used to mount up while in EPL etc, but not that its in blasted lands it just walks everywhere. any ideas?

When you say "FAQ", I'm not certain if you meant the HelpDesk article or not. But, here it is, just in case:

HelpDesk: Honorbuddy is not using, or changing, my selected mount​

If that doesn't resolve your problem, please make a post in the Support forum, and be sure to attach your log.
