Bot not mailing my items

hey i have a small problem my bot doesnt mail any of the important e.g. linen cloth copper ore and greenies he just sells it all then goes to the mailbox to try send that stuff he has just sold so as there is nothing he just runs off and continues questing

any have any idea on how i can get him to mail the items ?

edit your profile and change the values about selling and mailing items

how do you mean edit the profile and change the values becuase at the settings i use are:
Mail recipient - .....
Learn New Flight Paths
Use Flight Paths
Find Vendors Automatically
Train New Skills
