Bot not converting/equalizing materials.

Hello,

For some reason the bot isn't converting/equalizing the materials before or in between rifts.
I let the bot run several greater rifts and nephalem rifts and hasn't converted or equalized any of the mats, not even once.
What could be the cause of this? I have attached the log.
